Privacy policy relating to video surveillance of shops<\/span><\/h1>\n

Data controller, purpose and legal basis of the processing:<\/h3>\n

ALLU Europe S.A.S. (the \u201cCompany<\/b>\u201d), whose registered office is located at 3 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore 75008 Paris, has placed its stores under video surveillance in order to ensure the safety of its customers, staff and property, and to prevent fraudulent activities. The recordings are not used for staff surveillance or to monitor working hours.<\/p>\n

The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Company in ensuring the security of its customers, staff and property and preventing fraudulent activities.<\/p>\n

Data and categories of data subjects:<\/h3>\n

Employees, customers and other individuals entering the store are likely to be recorded on video by the surveillance system.<\/p>\n

Recipients:<\/h3>\n

\n The recordings may be shared with Valuence Japan Inc., the parent company of the Company, which, as a data processor, reviews the recordings on the Company\u2019s behalf in accordance with the Company\u2019s instructions. The recordings may be accessed by the authorised personnel of the Company and of Valuence Japan Inc. (in particular by the personnel in charge of security and by the management personnel) and by the police. The Company’s personnel responsible for maintaining the equipment may\n also access the images for this purpose only.\n <\/p>\n

Transfers outside the European Economic Area:<\/h3>\n

Video surveillance footage is stored in France, but the security and management personnel of Valuence Japan, Inc. in Japan may be able to access the footage online. Japan has been granted an adequacy decision by the European Commission.<\/p>\n

Retention period:<\/h3>\n

\n Video surveillance footage is kept for one (1) month, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or necessary to protect the Company\u2019s rights in the event of an incident.
\n In the event of an incident relating to the security of people and property or a fraudulent activity, the video surveillance footage may nevertheless be removed from the system. They are then stored on another medium for the time needed to complete the procedures linked to this incident or activity and are only accessible to authorised individuals in this context.\n <\/p>\n

Data subject rights:<\/h3>\n

You may access your personal data or request that it be deleted. You also have the right to object to and limit the processing of your data.<\/p>\n

\n You may also inform us of your wishes regarding the use of your personal data after your death.
