Step 1

Contact and Application

To submit a remote sales request, please send an e-mail to the address indicated allufrdelivery@valuence.inc, enclosing a detailed description and a few photos of your items. Our team will get back to you within 2 working days to confirm our interest in your items and provide you with an initial estimate. This service is only available in metropolitan France.
The following items are eligible for our delivery service :
– Watches and jewelry with an estimate between €300 and €10,000.
– Bags, clothes and shoes with a minimum estimate of €300 and a maximum estimate of €10,000.

Step 2

Delivery

If you are satisfied with our initial estimate, and after signing a deposit form, you can send your items by post to our address.

Step 3

Appraisal and Payment

If you are satisfied with our offer, we will send you a purchase contract for electronic signature. Upon receipt of the signed contract, we will proceed with payment by bank transfer (instantaneous up to €3,000). After physical examination of your items, if we refuse to purchase them or if you decline our definitive buy-back offer, we will return them to you at our expense as soon as possible. Transportation of your goods will be insured up to their original value.
