Today, we purchased a total of two items from you, a gold ring and a necklace. As we didn't know the brand name, there was no guarantee card, and the store they were purchased from was not known as well, we made sure to give our best to provide a meticulous appraisal of the items. The jewellery was unmistakably made of real gold. However, unfortunately, we could not determine the brand due to no identifiable engravings or markings. We concluded that these accessories were probably purchased overseas. Although the items were visually quite deteriorated, we could easily remove the rust and dirt on the surface and price them as usual, based on the market price of gold and its value as an accessory. It is said that gold does not rust but is usually only referring to pure gold. Non-pure gold, such as 22K and 18K, will rust depending on the age of the piece and how it is used.
